After 5 years of Marketing Management in Streets Ice-cream experiencing the joys and pressures of conceiving and marketing impulse ice-cream, he joined Foote Cone & Belding working his way up to Group Account Director on some of the agency's largest FMCG and B2B clients. In 1987, Paul established First Impressions. Paul has also trained many of today’s marketing professionals through his lecturing career at The University of NSW School of Marketing, AGSM and the MGSM.
He is one of Australia’s most respected Expert Witnesses, having appeared in the Federal Court of Australia in many of the country’s most intriguing Intellectual Property cases.

Since commencing his graphic design career at the prestigious agency Elton Ward in 1996, Matty’s passion for visual architecture has led him to senior design and production roles in Australia, the UK and the United States.
A master of branding and print-based work from corporate ID packages to ads and brochures, Matty now designs websites, EDMs and a host of other media for some of Australia’s leading marketing companies.
