The challenge was to re-stimulate the brand, focussing in on the key competitive advantage…manage twice as many SMSF’s per employee compared to the key competitor. The Solution: We decided to single-mindedly dramatise the product benefit with a single message – cut your SMSF admin time in half because you Get It Right First Time. Thus, GIRFY was born – our animated character that showed how to make office SMSF admin a whole lot more efficient, through a myriad of cutting edge product features. The Result: Enquiry soared and re-enforced superMate’s position as the innovator in SMSF admin software.
