After 5 years of Marketing Management in Streets Ice-cream experiencing the joys and pressures of conceiving and marketing impulse ice-cream, he joined Foote Cone & Belding working his way up to Group Account Director on some of the agency's largest FMCG and B2B clients. In 1987, Paul established First Impressions. Paul has also trained many of today’s marketing professionals through his lecturing career at The University of NSW School of Marketing, AGSM and the MGSM.
He is one of Australia’s most respected Expert Witnesses, having appeared in the Federal Court of Australia in many of the country’s most intriguing Intellectual Property cases.
Paul’s industry experience has seen him been appointed to judge many marketing awards including the AMI, National Awards for Marketing Excellence and the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Assoc, National Awards for Marketing Excellence.
